I can receive email but I cannot send. Why?
To avoid our mail servers from being used to
spam we require that all senders authenticate with the mail server
before it will allow you to send email.
Most email clients have an option called 'My Server
Requires Authentication'. This option must be ticked if you are
using our mail servers to send email.
