What happens if I go over space limit?

When you reach your space limit you will not be able to upload any more files to your website. If you are using a modern version of ezimerchant Professional or good FTP program to upload your files you will see an error advising you that you have reached your space quota.

Emails may also be rejected if your account is at its space limit.

You will be notified via email when the size of your site reaches 80% of the allocated size and you can check your usage from within the cPanel at any time.

Should you require more space for your web site please email support@myshophosting.com and we can upgrade you to the next plan.

Note: Your statistics will automatically continue to update as soon as you have freed up some space - either by removing files or upgrading to the next plan.
