Our data center is currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues across its entire network. Our engineers are working on the problem and hope to have it solved as soon as possible.
Approx start time: 7am
Update 9:01am: Our technicians have identified a Denial of Service attack against one of the clients on our network. The attack is causing delays and failures in reaching our infrastructure in the Canberra network at this time. Network technicians have identified the cause of the attack and are working to resolve the issue as rapidly as possible.
Approx end time: 1:07pm
The denial of service attack has now been blocked and service speed should have returned to normal. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
