Our custom template work is performed by extremly talented graphic designers and their artwork is in high demand so before you book in a custom template job with us it is important that your aware of the time frames involved.
We break down our custom template service into three stages...
Stage 1 - The book in: 1 week
When you decide you would like a custom template built by us we will book your job in with our designer. Typically allow 1 week before commencement of the job.
Stage 2 - The design: 2 weeks
When our designer is ready to start work on your job they will contact you regarding the design. When they have a good idea of what you would like they will create the design and they will ususally send you a first draft in about 1 weeks time. After your feedback they may take another week to perfect your artwork. When your 100% happy with your artwork we will ask you to sign off on it. Our designer will then send the artwork files to our integration expert.
Stage 3 - The integration: 1 week
Integration can take anywhere upto a week depending on our integration staffs workload. Once the integration has been completed we will contact you to organise going live!
Please note: that the time frames above are usually worst case senarios - However its important to be aware that our design and integration staff are busy and all work must be performed on a first come first serve basis.
