Please be aware that we currently have a problem with our automated credit card processing. Some customers credit cards are failing to process and as a result, will be receiving overdue notices. We are working on the problem and will manually process due invoices once the problem is resolved.

We ask that customers ignore any overdue notices received this week.

We apologise for the confusion and hope to have it rectified soon.
